Rockport Rotarians will host their annual public LobsterFest cookout on scenic Back Beach in Rockport, MA. Lobsterfest will be followed by an evening fireworks display over Sandy Bay from Old Granite Pier at approximately 9:30 pm.

Rockport Rotary’s Lobsterfest is a unique outdoor dining event held each summer at the American Legion Hall and bandstand in Rockport (on Beach Street, opposite Back Beach). Proceeds benefit local community service projects and the club’s scholarship fund.

Lobsterfest tickets will include a hot-boiled lobster, home-made clam chowder, corn-on-the-cob, roll, watermelon, and soda or water. There will also be a cash menu with hot dogs, hamburgers, and beer, wine, and desserts. Live musical entertainment will be provided by Stillhouse Down.

Tickets will be on sale at John Tarr Store, Village Silversmith, from any Rockport Rotarian, and at the Legion Hall on the day of the event.

This event will be held rain or shine and the site is handicapped accessible.

Later the same evening, enjoy the Rockport Fireworks display off Granite Pier.
